Acknowledgment :

I hereby declare that my parents/guardians and I have read and understood all the rules, regulations, and stipulations of the Junior Cricket T-10 Blast and we undertake to unconditionally abide by them.

Selection Decisions :

We explicitly acknowledge and agree that the decisions made by the selectors regarding the selection of players are final and binding on us.

Clean Sports Commitment :

I hereby undertake not to ingest, swallow, inhale, or consume any performance-enhancing drugs or any prohibited substances.

Consequences of Breach :

I understand and agree that if I am found guilty of breaching or violating any terms of this undertaking, my registration will be immediately cancelled. The decision of the Disciplinary Committee of the Junior Cricket T-10 Blast in this regard will be final and binding on me.

Injury and Refund Policy :

We understand and agree that if the Applicant sustains an injury during the course of the camp/season and is not allowed to continue, no refund will be given to us.

Liability for Medical Conditions :

The Junior Cricket T-10 Blast Management shall not be liable for the non-disclosure of any medical condition and/or any injury suffered during the course of play.

Cancellation and Forfeiture :

In case my registration is cancelled for any reason by the Disciplinary Committee of the Junior Cricket T-10 Blast, the registration fee paid by us will be forfeited, and we shall have no claim of any kind against the Junior Cricket T-10 Blast management or their associates.

Event Cancellation :

We understand and agree that if the event is called off due to reasons beyond the control of the Junior Cricket T-10 Blast management, such as riots, civil commotion, war, acts of God, court orders, or bans by Local/State/Central Governments, the registration fees paid by us will not be refunded.
